I am Kawoq (in a future post I’ll tell the story behind this name). I am 32 years old, gay, vegan and currently live in Israel. I have served in the Israeli army for 10 years and almost one year ago I have decided to quit. During the past year, I have traveled, explored, learned and discovered the worlds (our world and my own inner world).

I heard about steemit a while ago and thought that it's a really great platform. However, only recently I got the “push” I needed to join the community and start sharing my thought with you guys.

I figured out that there is no better place than here, to find out the quality of your writing and to get a true and independent feedback. 

I have decided to dedicate my first posts to the recent events that have happened in my life. Most of them took place in the amazing state of Chiapas, Mexico. In a way, it was my own version of “EAT, PRAY, LOVE”, but with a more dramatic twist at the end :)

I hope you'll find my posts interesting, insightful and something that you can relate to.
