We all have goals, We all have dreams, Yet for some odd reason, some of us won’t get what we want.
While others will.
It seems that we have become a culture that avoids commitment and extra responsibility. Instead, we stick with whats easy.
When we don’t commit to the things we want, it’s easy to fail and getting what we want.

# Do What It Takes To Get It #
Try to always have a goal for yourself, The next step. Then fight to get it.
THis helps if you aren’t used to committing to things in general.
Of course, life can get in the way and mess with your goals a little bit. But that's normal. If you are always late to work, Try to commit to showing up on time. This is a nice step that will eventually help you get to your bigger and more important goals in life.
IF you find yourself slipping reemphasize the importance of your goal, And push that much harder.

# Excuses #
Excuses just hold everyone back.
Don’t allow yourself to constantly use excuses to get out of things, Otherwise, you’ll subconsciously tell your brain that, That’s okay behavior.
No one gives a shit about the excuses that you make. They just want to see results. (If your goal affects them).
# Practice Being Self Efficient #
So many people rely on others to get what they want. But at the end of the day, It’s all you. Whether you are successful or not depends on you, Whether you get that thing or not, Depends on you. Don’t blame others for your inability to accomplish your goals. Even if it seems they somehow “blocked” you from them.
You can overcome that and find a way to change things.
# Don’t Be Afraid Of More Responsibility #
Even if you feel that you are inexperienced. Do what you can to make it work. Sometimes you have to jump headfirst into something and just “wing it.” Often we expect things to be much harder than they are, But when we finally try them, we realize they are somewhat easy. Your mind and body adjust quickly.
You’ll never get the results that you want unless you are willing to take risks.
