This week prompt is such an amazing one and has many things to teach us about exercise and maintaining of the body fitness. It takes ones determination to continue on a regular daily or weekly exercise most especially if you don't have people to go with or someone to motivate you and this is why the instructors is very important .. the are important in so many ways both in instructing you and also motivating you .. I am a type that loves exercise very well and I don't miss it every Saturday. I do my own outfing exercise every Saturday because that is when i normally have time other days of the week have been occupied with so many other things that takes my time . So i made Saturday a every special i normally use to exercise myself and keep my body fit and in good condition.. I normally do my exercise with my friends, we are many about nine of us that does this exercise every Saturday, claret , victor, Mavis, chiamaka, Pius , zion, swiss, gift,chijioke and myself, it use to be a fun one every Saturday.. First we use to do a road work where we run from a place called ojukwu junction to one army check point here. After the road work , we also use to do a little exercise and is our of us that use to instruct us . We really use to enjoy her instructions and her own method of workout the only thing is that after the exercise our thigh use to pain us but gradually it will still stop. Exercise is one of the good things that improves your body system and makes you stay healthy and regular exercise is very beneficial is helps both in relaxing the body thereby improving blood circulation, it boost the immune system thereby make your immunity high and preventing you from unnecessary illness... Most importantly it also brings you more good friends that will keep motivating you and making your daily or weekly exercise very fun and interesting.
