Good evening my hive friends all over the world how are we doing today,hope our day was cool and enjoyable.though it was a little bit hash here today because of the sunny day. It was though okay because it has been raining for few days over here but thank God for how today was at least it gave the weather and it's atmosphere a very good condition most especially in drying of the small small accumulation of water in the street and also it helps in drying of clothes for people that did their laundry today most especially over here in my house,, though not only my house but almost everyone here, where we uses Saturday's as our laundry day, cleaning up the house and other necessary things that should be carried out. I want to also use this opportunity to write to us about exercise and it's benefits, because exercise is a very good thing and it has so many benefits that helps the body.  Exercise has been one of the most important thing that helps our body in so many ways that is why it is very good we engage in exercise though some still do minor exercise without knowing that they are doing exercise for example some do a little trekking maybe from house to house to find a friend or any other necessary thing ,but the person will not know that at that moment he or she has done a little exercise and it helps in burning down of excessive fat in the body. Exercise is very necessary and it helps in giving the body a very nice shape and keeping it fit . Exercise also helps in making the body to have a good and proper blood circulation and helps in reducing some kind of heart disease like blockage of the blood vessels that supplies blood to different parts of the body because the blood in which the body uses is been pumped by the heart and been circulated to different parts of the body by the vessels. I have Saturday's mostly for my weekly exercise,not that i don't exercise other days but i have Saturday as the most important in the week to exercise myself because during the weekly day's i am always engaged maybe either by school activities or other work schedules because man is struggling with so many things within the week to see that things falls in place. So that is why due to so many weekly engagement i prefer Saturdays for my weekly workout and during this weekly workout i use to do it with my friends,we use to go in groups but since i left my formal location i never make new friends for it . Exercise is really a good thing for our body. Thank you for stopping and reading my blog today i really appreciate.
