# Hey there fellow Steemit users! My name is **Kei** and I just recently joined Steemit. First, I'd like to thank my good friend @ishanvirtue who introduced Steemit to me months ago and encouraged me to sign up and try it out. _(embarrassed)_  I just transferred to Pampanga from the Philippines' city of love - Iloilo - to be with my mom and brother and hopefully try and get a job here soon. 😳😳 I used to work in a call center when I was trying to live like a responsible **_"adult"_** in my old city. I must say that it was really a hard experience for me though I did last for 3 years! 😆 Kidding aside, life as a call center agent was hard. I had to work on frequently changing night shifts and sit on my desk for 8 hours a night which affected my overall health. Especially when we aren't really allowed to go on pee breaks that much - we had to, we chug a lot of coffee a night and the A/C is really strong! 😕 I got admitted to the hospital last year 2017, and then I finally decided to quit. I told myself that its time to look for another job and go back home _(since my mom has been asking me to do so for a long time already anyway)_ , at least I'll be able to save up more since I can split the bills with my mom *(lol)* 😂😂 and maybe fulfill my long time dream of traveling. Ever since I moved here, I wasn't able to get out that much. I was only able to visit the place where my mom was working, in which they call **_Jardin Daling_**. It has a garden which I was not able to take a picture of, I will the next time I get to visit.  >Here is where my mom is working. I sometimes come over while walking the dog in the afternoon.  >Here's a picture of our dog - this little pupper's name is Chu. # Me as a DIY Junkie I love DIYs! I've done a lot of projects *(or so I think)*, though I have left most of them at my old place. I'm planning to get it soon and maybe post some of it here. But for now, I am into this new hobby called Diamond Painting. It's basically like cross stitch but with beads or rhinestones.  >Here is a picture of my first work - a 5 panel Darth Vader diamond painting. I made this for a friend who is a great Star Wars fan. # Me as a music lover I love music! I mean, who doesn't? It makes my day a whole lot better. I am very flexible when it comes to genres, I listen to metal, jazz, pop, folk. So if there's an artist/band that you would like to recommend, by all means, **please** tell me about them and I would really love to listen to them! I especially love **The Beatles** *(eyy fellow Beatles fan out there where ya guys at?😂😂)* - I sometimes wish that I was born way earlier, that way I am able to go to their concerts and scream along with the other girls and maybe just be part of the **Beatlemania.** 😂 I love Stone Temple Pilots too, Audioslave, RATM, etc. I'm thinking of making a separate post about them soon! # Me as a pet lover Okay, last but especially not the least - I am a pet lover. I have 6 adorable cats back at home (Iloilo). 2 adults, 4 kittens. 😍 I had to leave them behind for a while since it would take me a lot of cash for me to be able to transport them by plane *(I'm missing them everyday)* but I made sure my friend takes very good care of them for me.  **_This is Chopin, my first baby._** **_Slice_**   **_And the kids: Simba, Sidney and Siggy with Aubrey (siamese, not their blood sibling.)_** Well, that's it for now!
