Tim Coulter talks about hard forks, soft forks, mining pools and what it all means to Ethereum.

Tim is best known as the creator of Truffle, a smart contract deployment tool. Recently Tim has been concerned that large mining pools have changed the way the way consensus works on Ethereum.

In this presentation he walks us through how mining and consensus currently works in the network, the difference between a hard fork and a soft fork, and the different roles individuals play in the system.
