<div class = "text-justify">I remember there was a man asking how to cook the Bitter Gourd without being too bitter. -- The question is, are you bitter?! Just kidding (^_^). The secret? Others put egg or tomato to absorb the bitter taste, sometimes they did use small dried fish to match to the bitter taste?<i>"Like human life? Looking for a partner who will accept him for what he or she is?"</i> <h1> <div class = "text-justify">In my country, other people they soak Bitter Gourd in water and squeeze until the juice came out to reduce the bitter taste then add 1 tbsp of salt. <i>Don't do that in your partner or else they will left you behind for life!</i> LOL</div> <h1> <div class = "text-justify">My style is different. I cooked with love and care and the taste is not bitter neither salty or tasteless; and when I stir, must be gently and slowly then add a bit of water to replenish the juice that is gone. <i>The same of how you take care of your loved ones. Talk gentle and explain properly, no high voice, no shouting, but there is F*****g! Smooth... LOL</i> Don't listen to me, its not healthy! Here is the Ingredients and how to cut? Garlic, Onion, Tomato, Bitter Gourd, Sardine as you prefer, and some green leafy vegetables. Just slice the Onion and Garlic into cube, whatsoever it is, then slice into thin your green Bitter face. Put oil and saute garlic until it become brown followed by the red tomato like your face when you are shy. Then saute Onion that can make you cry when you are heart broken. Following by the Bitter Gourd of your emotions but do not stir it hard so that the bitter taste will not come out, like your doing to your sneaky love ones.
