### Ingredients

#### For the mass:

* 500 grs of wheat flour.
* 2 Eggs
* 2 Tablespoons of margarine.
* Salt.
* Water.
* Oil

#### For the filling:

* Half a kilo of ground beef cooked with garlic, onion, tomato, paprika, oil, salt and pepper.
* Rice

###
Let's start with the preparation ... ๐Ÿด

#### For the mass:

Place the flour in a bowl or on a work table is clean, make a hole in the middle of the flour, as a volcano or crown-shaped and continue to add the margarine, eggs and salt Mix well with your fingertips and gradually add water to form a uniform, soft and elastic dough, gently enough, until you get a very soft dough that does not stick to your hands or the work area. Cover the dough and let it stand for 1 hour.

#### For the filling:

Add the rice and the meat, previously cooked and lightly fried, in a cauldron to warm it and mix it.

#### Mass + Filling:

After waiting 1 hour for the dough, flour a flat surface, take and divide half of the dough in two, place it on the floured surface and with the help of a rolling pin, spread out the dough, until obtaining a thin thickness, then with help of a round cut mold or with a cup of coffee in case of not having the cutting mold, we make cuts taking advantage of the dough completely. As follows:

Then, we proceed to place the filling with the help of a spoon, on each dough and leave the same amount of tapas (unfilled dough) as dough with filling, place a lid on each dough with filling, and with the help of a fork, we join the two caps, like this:

We proceed to place a cauldron on medium heat and add oil, when the oil is hot, we introduce the cakes, like this:
