Thought i would just pass this great tool i learned in the past. If you ever want to know how long it takes to double your money all you need to do is divide the return on your investment in to 72.

Example if you make 10% in a year it will take 7 years 2 months approximately to double your money.So people who leave their money in a building society earning 1% per year  it will take 72 years to double their money. You have to give it to these banksters !!! Lol.

So holding money in bitcoin last year returned 288% so it took on average .25 of a year ie 13 weeks to double your money.

Hope the rule of 72 helps.
