“**Time management**” *is the process of organizing and planning how to divide your time between specific activities. Good time management enables you to work smarter but not harder – so that you get more done in less time, even when time is tight and pressures are high. Failing to manage your time damages your effectiveness and causes stress.*
*Definition Source:* https://www.mindtools.com/pages/article/newHTE_00.htm

*Time* is one of the most valuable thing in life, as it is something you can never get back. After all, time management is really *life management*. Being a mother, a wife and a regular employee is not easy. For you to be able to do all your duties effectively, you have to be systematic-- organize and plan your daily tasks.

**As an employee** -- Learn to manage your time so that you have completed your tasks and can leave work at the appointed hour. Without proper time management, you might mess-up your work and miss the potential opportunities that may come to you.

**As a mother and wife** -- I don't take my work life at home. I do not bring all the stresses and pressures I have at work when I get home (if I have). After I shed my work clothes, I'm ready to face the demands at home -- this is really happening everyday of my life -- 5 days a week (from Mon-Fri, except Holidays) but I do not complain because it's my choice to work. But still my husband help me doing some household chores, as well as my eldest child. Because I believe that -- as children complete household tasks, they learn more about taking *responsibility*. They also feel like a *valued member of the family*.

And the most important thing is -- *Good communication* with my family. I talk to my husband and my children about my feelings as well as the things happening to me at work. Whenever I have duties in other places, I always seek his opinion so there'll be no problem between us. And to my eldest child, I explain him why I cannot attend school meetings and let him join other school activities or why I'm not home yet, and sort of things like that because I know that he'll understand it someday.

__**Thanks for taking time to read and for dropping by**__.

*🌸 FOLLOW @khat.holanda23 🌸*

https://media.giphy.com/media/xThta1QRK5zPDpneiQ/200w.gif
