**Hi, Hive! I hope everyone's doing well.**

This blog is all about ✨ **Laughs and Waves Equals Good Vibes: Beach Day With My Classmates** ✨

As soon as our teacher announced that we would have a half day, my classmate, who owns a private beach resort invited us to their place. It wasn't my first time going there so the moment that I asked my father if I could go there, he immediately said yes!

AJ and I are already sure that we will go there but when we asked Jam, he was hesitant to go there because his left foot got injured during our last project which is filming. 

My dad said that he would take us there. While waiting for my dad to arrive, Jam suddenly texted me that he would come too, I asked him about his foot and he said that it was okay and he could still walk. Jam would literally put hangout/gala first before his health.

When my dad arrived, I immediately texted Jam that we were ready to pick him up from their house. After picking up Jam from his house, we immediately went to AJ's house, and guess what? AJ wasn't ready, we had to wait for him for 10 minutes. We're already used to it, so it wasn't really a big deal waiting for 10 minutes because I had waited for him for more than an hour before. He really took Filipino Time to the next level.

We finally arrived at my classmate's private resort but we still needed to walk for about 5 minutes to go to the beach. And I am so worried about Jam's foot but he said that he is okay and his foot is okay.

As soon as we arrived at the beach, I was so shocked because the waves were so big, the sand was so white and it was high tide when we went there. At first, swimming wasn't in my plan but when my classmates made me jealous, saying that it's nice to swim there. But, I didn't bring extra clothes, so we borrowed clothes from our classmate Tita, she is so kind, she didn't even hesitate to let us borrow her clothes.

We went to a cliff, and my classmates jumped into the water, but I didn't because I didn't know how to swim and the sea was 7 feet deep. (I am only 5 feet and 2 inches.) If ever I would jump, I don't know of they will able to save me because of the huge rocks and huge waves. I did not plan to jump anyways.

I wasn't the only one who didn't know how to swim. There were four of us me, Eli, Ella, and Sharm. Thankfully, our classmates were so patient with us and they did not let us drown. There was a time when Eli swam and Sevi helped her, but Eli accidentally kicked Sevi, so Sevi almost drowned. We were so worried about Sevi, but Sevi and Eli just laughed at what happened. Eli kept on saying sorry to Sevi and me and our classmates shipped them. Their ship's name is SeLi or Elirino (Sevi's full name is Sevirino). 

When we teased Eli about it, she got mad. She said that she doesn't like Sevirino and she also said that Sevirino already have a girlfriend. But Sevirino denied that he has a girlfriend. 

Maybe they are just in denial of the fact that the like each other. Or maybe they do not like each other at all. We just shipped them as a joke and I hope they did not take it personally. 

Jam didn't swim though. He decided to guard our belongings and stay at the cottage. But, he wasn't alone, Kim, our class president was with him and they took lots of selfies together while we were swimming.

After swimming for an hour, we decided to go back to the cottage because it was getting cold and we still needed to go home.

While waiting for my classmates to change their clothes, I decided to sit on the Bermuda grass and had time. I was thinking about some random things and I was distracted by the beautiful view of the beach in front of me.

**This is my view.**

While watching the beautiful scenery in front of me, I noticed something that reminded me of our last lesson in General Biology. I saw a plant that just sprouted, and I was wondering if it's a **dicot or a monocot**.

Before going home we decided to take lots of pictures to always remember this little hangout of ours. And it is really a lot.

**THE TRIP HOME**

My dad had already told me that he wouldn’t be picking me up, so we just asked my classmate’s younger sibling to give us a ride home. It was already 5:40 P.M. and I was still not home, my mother kept on messaging me asking where am I and I responded that I was already on my way. I really thought she would scold me, but thank God she didn't. 

All of us got home safely. I can't wait for our next hangout.

When I got home, I realized how happy I am while swimming with my classmates. I never felt this happy ever since Grade 10. I am so grateful to be their classmate. Without them, I wouldn't be this happy. 

I will surely remember this hangout of ours. It will surely be part of my core memories. I hope this will not be my last hangout with my classmates. I love them so much.
