Cracking Shot
Lightning isn't the easiest thing to photograph, you can't just wait until you see it then quickly press the shutter button. There are a couple of ways to do it.
1. Buy a remote that detects the lightning then takes the photo
2. Set your camera to continuously take photos (1sec or longer depending on light) and hope for the best. Which is what I did here.

This is one frame out of over 100. I captured lightning a few times but this was the best looking one in terms of brightness, shape and location.
