This is one good spot to enjoy breakfast if you are nearby Penang International Airport. @enjiliew and I just touched down and went to this spot to have our breakfast with her mum. This is a refurbished traditional style kopitiam that you still can find seggregated around Penang. They serve authentic breakfast set that are enjoyed by the locals. We had our breakfast with the usual coffee and milo, then ordered half boiled eggs for all of us and also roti butter. I would rate their roti quite bland, probably they don't apply kaya but provide us with sugar. There are also nasi lemak served on the table where we took two packet and shared among us. The nasi lemak are just normal as their gravy was not very good. In terms of pricing, I would say a normal price for a typical breakfast in Penang which cost around RM5-7 per pax with such a combination.
