What's up, Hive community! I'm **@kimzwarch** and honestly, it feels good to be back to blogging after being away for quite some time. A lot has happened since then, and I'm excited to share what I've been up to!

## What I'm currently obsessed with

So these days, I'm pretty much living and breathing **BTCFi infrastructure**. Sounds fancy right? But really, I'm just trying to build bridges - connecting DeFi protocols and liquidity providers to the right infrastructure that actually works.

The thing that got me really excited is this execution layer called **REE**, developed by the Omnity Network team. And man, when I first learned about it, I was like "finally, someone gets it!"

### Why REE got me hooked:

**Speed that doesn't suck** - All transactions execute within 5 seconds. Like, actually 5 seconds, not "5 seconds but sometimes 5 minutes" 😅

**Bitcoin security** - Everything settles on Bitcoin Layer 1. So you get that rock-solid Bitcoin security we all love, but without the painful wait times.

**Actually composable** - You know how some "composable" solutions are just marketing fluff? This one actually lets protocols integrate seamlessly. I've tested it myself.

Basically, it's solving the age-old problem of "fast, secure, pick one" by saying "why not both?"

## My weekly therapy session (aka podcast)

Started this weekly podcast called **Chill Bitcoin Cafe** where I basically geek out about BTCFi developments with other builders and enthusiasts.

It's become my weekly therapy session honestly - just talking through the latest news, diving deep into whatever development trend is catching my attention that week. Sometimes we get really technical, sometimes we just vibe about where this space is heading.

## The other side of me - business coaching

Plot twist - when I'm not building BTCFi stuff, I'm actually helping SME businesses figure out their strategy. Yeah, I know, bit of a jump from blockchain to business coaching, but hear me out.

I work under **10x Strategy Coach** (10xceos.com/strategycoach.com) and honestly, I love this work. Here's what I help with:

**Point Management Systems** - Basically customizing how businesses reward and, well, sometimes punish their staff. Sounds harsh but done right, it's game-changing.

**Organization charts that actually make sense** - You'd be surprised how many businesses have org charts that look like someone sneezed on a whiteboard.

**Core strategy stuff** - Purpose, vision, mission, core values, positioning. The foundation stuff that most businesses skip but really shouldn't.

Right now I'm working with a construction company, helping them build a proper talent training system and legacy management structure. It's challenging but super rewarding when you see the breakthrough moments.

## My current learning obsession - AI and automation

Okay, confession time - I'm trying to level up my productivity game through AI and automation, and it's been... a journey. 

Been experimenting with **vibe coding** but honestly, still making lots of mistakes and learning through trial and error. Sometimes I feel like I'm just throwing code at the wall and seeing what sticks 😂

But that's the fun part right? I'm actively looking for a community where we can vibe code together, test products, fail fast, and actually build cool stuff.
