 Hi guys, I bought 1 new supplement online from Shopee which was recommended by my athletic friend. It was the Coenzyme Q10 (COQ10). The brand was Healthy Care from Australia and I bought it for RM80 (USD20) for 100 softgels @150mg in each capsule. I chose this brand because it was value for money and recommended by many buyers. I only took Pharmaton Brand of multivitamin and fish oil for my daily supplement. I took multivitamin to balance up my diet since I was having clean food most of the time, and fish oil for my overall body lubricant. So one of my friend suggested to that Coenzyme Q10 was good for me since I am a long distance runner. Before I bought this, I read few articles online that this supplement was very good to improve performance especially for cardiovascular health.  Our heart worked the hardest especially during endurance training, therefore CoQ10 was essential. It had alot of antioxidant propeties, and lower cholestrol level but for me heart performance was the vital part. There were many articles on the benefits of it but for me, I needed to try it then I can conclude the result.  I tried it for 1 week and my performance improved tremendously. At first I was in doubt that this supplement can improved performance, but it actually did. I tested it by running 10km consistently for 1 week and I found out that my heart rate didn't shoot up easily, in which I could run faster without my heart reaching 170bpm-180bpm. Furthermore, I ran with less effort and can go farther before fatiquing. Besides that, my recovering time was shorter which I can continue to run the same distances with less effort the next day.
