They may look the same, but Vector is quite a big step up from Cozmo in terms what's under the hood. He has his own on board processor that is 4 x as fast as Cozmos, which means he can handle computations without the need for a companion device i.e. phone/tablet. Vector also has WIFI connectivity, a microphone for voice commands and his own voice! Only downside is the SDK isn't out till next year.
