11 Thessalonians 1:6-7 ( KJV )

6 Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you; 7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,

And Apostle Paul is talking about the justice of God to the Church Thessalonica, since indeed God deems it just to repay with affection to those who afflict you and to grant rest with us to you who are afflicted, when the Lord Jesus Christ revealed from heaven, in the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, those that afflicted us will be afflicted also.

Therefore not all afflictions and hardships come from God, and we must accept that fact. There are people who do not fear God, they afflict you without a cause and will must not doubt God because God does not afflict us without a cause, He never will never afflict us without a cause.

Maybe hardships are coming to us because of our sins, but without the cause if we obey Him wholeheartedly, you are free, you can be sure that you are safe from affliction that may come from God. God will not afflict anyone with cause, or God will not punish or reprove anyone without cause.

Lamentations 3:33 ( KJV )

For he doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men.

You must know the truth and so we must not blame God in every affliction or hardship that is coming to anyone. He does not afflict willingly or grieved the children of men. If you are righteous, if you are following God's will, no affliction will come to you that will be permitted by God.
