Let me ask what is probably a really stupid question: how does blockchain work when there are property-specific encumbrances?  Say, a strip or gore running along the property that impedes access? How does the blockchain disintermediate the examiner who looks at the plat and the underlying easement document to ensure that the strip or gore does not eliminate access?
