I must mention that nowadays [cryptocurrency](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/cryptocurrency) investments are really very risky and that is clear to all of us enthusiasts and for this reason I want to make an article about [Hive](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) investments and especially LeoFinance investments.

Many people are familiar with the [LEO](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-leo) token, it is the native token of LeoFinance, but is it really worth investing in this token? Today I will be discussing some very important issues about this [investment](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-investment).

Many people around the world know what happened with [UST](https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/terra-luna/) and especially with [FTX](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FTX) and this has simply left some distrust in cryptocurrency investments, what I mean is that basically cryptocurrency investors no longer have the same confidence in this technology because it is simply a very volatile [market](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-market) and above all unstable and today I want to mention how to detect and identify a good crypto project.

## Centralization vs. decentralization

We have to take into account many things before making an investment in cryptocurrencies, especially the volume of users and transactions that are made on the [blockchain](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/blockchain) daily, weekly and monthly, to explain this a little better use DappRadar.com, this is basically a website where you can find information about certain [dApps](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-decentralized-applications-dapps) in different **blockchain** and especially identify the amount of money that moves daily and also the number of active users in that dApp.

But first, I want to talk a little about decentralization in Hive, many users rely on this blockchain because they simply know that there are many users providing value and also a lot of investors in different projects, for example, [Binance](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-binance) is a **Centralized Exchange (CEX)** and [LeoDex](https://leodex.io/market/LEO) is a **Decentralized Exchange (DEX)**, if Binance makes the decision to close its services, we simply can no longer use the exchange because Binance has decided to close its operations and this does not happen in the [decentralized](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-decentralization) ones, I will explain a little better below.

When an application is built on a **decentralized protocol** it is simply the users who are responsible for everything to stop working and therefore many users around the world have opted for the decentralization of things, but it is true that many users around the world do not really know how it all works and unfortunately depend on the [centralized](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-centralization) and perhaps sell their data to companies without knowing it.

### LEO Tokenomics & Hive Blockchain  

In [LeoFinance](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-leofinance) there are many users contributing value with the creation of content, it really is the most active community in Hive and that is something to take into account because there is simply a community and a crypto platform really stable over time, that is, [LeoFinance.io](https://leofinance.io/) is something really decentralized with a large base of users and investors and this makes the investments are stable due to the number of users contributing value with the creation of content and especially with investors.

Although I must mention that we still need more investors and especially investors from all over the world, this would be great for the tokenomics of the project, it is not a good idea that users in [LeoFinance.io](https://leofinance.io/) do not provide value or commitment because everything can be damaged and deteriorate over time and that is why always when I talk about [LeoFinance.io](https://leofinance.io/) and how to make [money](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-money) effectively providing value and commitment, I think it is the most important thing and I am here to make some investments in **LEO** because I simply see that this project has a lot of potential.

### Why am I investing time and money in LeoFinance?

I simply want to mention that this is something **decentralized** and I have seen many users with a decent amount of [Leo Power](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-leo-power) and above all providing value with the creation of content and it is something that has caught my attention and for this simple reason I have decided to invest much of my capital in LEO, basically I want to provide value with the creation of long format content and also in short format in [LeoThreads](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/loeglossary-threads) because I simply want to increase my reputation.

After increasing my reputation for at least 6 months I would like to invest all my savings in [Bitcoin](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-bitcoin) because I simply see that it is better to have them in [HIVE](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-usdhive) or LEO, I think LEO is a great long term investment and this is something you have to take into account, LeoFinance is a project where you can get your financial freedom, I mean you can get your retirement in very few years, as long as you use the right tools for this, I think [Cubfinance](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-cubfinance) is a really juicy project, I will be writing some posts related to this [DeFi](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-decentralized-finance-defi) platform developed by **LeoFinance** team, I would simply like to bring value and above all funds in this DeFi platform because I can simply invest the bank's money effectively.

#### Conclusion

From my point of view [LeoFinance.io](https://leofinance.io/) is developed to support long term investments that will last for years in [Web 3.0](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-web-3-0) and that is what I like about this project, honestly it is a great idea to invest in LEO in the long term, always the **LEO token** is increasing because there are simply a lot of projects that add value to the tokenomics of the project and that is really nice, these projects can be the **Leo Power Up Day** and we also have a really big project called **LeoGlossary**, basically these projects are designed to increase the value of the LEO token in the long term and that is why I decided to be part of this great community.

I am really convinced that this project can give me financial freedom, it is really very stable and above all the @leofinance team always adds more opportunities for its investors and I am convinced that this will be a great success in the future and I always recommend these investments to my colleagues in my work as well as to all my family.
