Gracias a ciertas canciones, algunos términos médicos y científicos están arraigados en la cultura popular más de lo que se podía esperar. Puede que un gran ejemplo sea el caso de <strong>La Bilirrubina</strong>, molécula que seguramente pasaría desapercibida a pie de calle, si no fuese por la famosa canción del cantautor dominicano <strong>Juan Luis Guerra</strong>. Es un éxito que tiene un significado muy peculiar.

La Bilirrubina, es un tema que hace bailar a cualquiera, pero sabemos que significa?. LaBiilirrubina es un pigmento amarillento presente en la sangre. Es uno de los parámetros que se analizan en un examen de sangre y ayuda a saber cómo está funcionando el hígado.

Este tema, relaciona durante más de 4 minutos este pigmento con aspectos afectivo-románticos, cosa que acaba salpicándonos al colectivo sanitario teniendo que responder en nuestro círculo cercano preguntas sobre el amor y la bilirrubina.

Thanks to certain songs, some medical and scientific terms are rooted in popular culture more than expected. Perhaps a great example is the case of <strong> La Bilirubina </strong>, a molecule that would surely go unnoticed at street level, if it were not for the famous song by the Dominican singer-songwriter <strong> Juan Luis Guerra </strong>. It is a success that has a very peculiar meaning.

Bilirubin is a theme that makes anyone dance, but do we know what it means? Biylirubin is a yellowish pigment present in the blood. It is one of the parameters that are analyzed in a blood test and helps to know how the liver is working.

This theme, for more than 4 minutes, relates this pigment to emotional-romantic aspects, something that ends up splashing the health collective having to answer questions about love and bilirubin in our nearby circle.
