 l d铆a de ayer cerr茅 una semana de 5 sesiones de entrenamiento: dos d铆as de front lever y un quinto d铆a, el de ayer, con un entrenamiento mixto de front lever y plancha. Fue una sesi贸n bastante suave, ya que solo consisti贸 en tres series por elemento. Es decir, altern茅 un ejercicio de plancha con uno de front lever.

Ayer aprovech茅 que estaba en casa, en Buena Vista, con las barras y todos los implementos a mi disposici贸n para entrenar, cerrar la semana y reforzar algunos puntos espec铆ficos.

Yesterday I wrapped up a five-session week: two days of front levers, and a fifth day, yesterday, with a mixed workout of front levers and planks. It was a fairly light session, as it only consisted of three sets of each element. That is, I alternated a plank exercise with a front lever exercise.

Yesterday, I took advantage of being at home in Buena Vista, with the barbells and all the equipment at my disposal, to train, wrap up the week, and strengthen some specific points.

La rutina consisti贸 en un ejercicio con banda el谩stica para cada elemento, adem谩s de una serie de b谩sicos. Por ejemplo, en plancha hice flexiones de tuck y flexiones lean, combin谩ndolas en una biserie. En front lever realic茅 intentos con banda el谩stica roja y aguantes de one arm front lever. Este 煤ltimo fue el segundo ejercicio de cada elemento. El primero consisti贸 en aguantes de straddle y una combinaci贸n de front lever. Para finalizar esta rutina, realic茅 flexiones de pino para empuje y unos muscle-ups como trabajo de tir贸n.

As铆 finaliz贸 esta sencilla, pero efectiva rutina.

The routine consisted of an elastic band exercise for each element, in addition to a series of basic exercises. For example, in the plank, I did tuck push-ups and lean push-ups, combining them into a bi-series. In the front lever, I performed red elastic band exercises and one-arm front lever holds. This was the last exercise for each element. The first consisted of straddle holds and a front lever combination. To finish this routine, I did handstand push-ups for pushing and some muscles for pulling.

That concluded this simple but effective routine.
