Hola hivers,

D铆a de front lever. Ayer me toc贸 hacer el entrenamiento planificado para el d铆a martes, ya que desplac茅 la rutina un d铆a. Ayer me encontraba con malestar y un poco de gripe. Yo sufro de asma, lo cual dificult贸 un poco la respiraci贸n en el entrenamiento, es decir, me fatigaba m谩s r谩pido de lo normal. Por lo cual, me vi obligado a escuchar mi cuerpo y adaptar la rutina a mi condici贸n. Alargu茅 el tiempo de descanso entre series y reduje considerablemente el volumen de entrenamiento, para garantizar un buen desempe帽o y buena ejecuci贸n sin llegar muy r谩pido al fallo, y que no fueran tan largas las series o combos para no afectarme tanto.

Claro, mantuve mi objetivo principal de entrenamiento, que era en la primera serie llegar a las 8 pull-ups de front lever. S铆, las pude hacer, aunque las 煤ltimas dos no me gust贸 la t茅cnica y no hice el press del final del combo ni la pull-up de back que suelo hacer. A pesar de eso, pude cumplir con el entrenamiento, aunque no estaba al 100%. Cr茅eme, son estos d铆as en los que se saca un gran provecho.

Ya en el pr贸ximo entrenamiento de front lever de este s谩bado, intentaremos repetir esas 8 pull-ups con mejor t茅cnica y con su respectivo press m谩s el aguante.

Hello winters,

Front lever day. After that I had to do the training planned for Tuesday, since I moved the routine one day. Yesterday I found myself feeling unwell and a little complaining. I suffer from asthma, which made it a little difficult to breathe during training, meaning I got tired faster than normal. Therefore, I was forced to listen to my body and adapt the routine to my condition. I lengthened the rest time between sets and considerably reduced the training volume, to guarantee good performance and good execution without reaching failure too quickly, and that the sets or combos were not so long so as not to affect me as much.

Of course, I kept my main training goal, which was to reach 8 front Lever pull-ups in the first series. Yes, I was able to do them, although I didn't like the technique for the last two and I didn't do the press at the end of the combo or the back pull-up that I usually do. Despite that, I was able to complete the training, although I was not 100%. Believe me, these are the days when you get the most out of it.

In the next Front Lever training this Saturday, we will try to repeat those 8 pull-ups with better technique and with their respective press plus endurance.
