3 month ago I predicted that bitcoin will reach $2000-$10000 in 2017 in a youtube video. The first landmark goal has come true who knows if we will actually reach 10k this year. I made some other vids about this question, feel free to check them out and let me know what u think.

### Bitcoin grows in bubbles. You are in Nr. 6.

My video has reached over 130k views which for me is insane and bitcoin has reached  the 2k price point. However for me this was easy to predict, because bitcoin very clearly grows in bubbles.

One of my viewers asked me about ethereum. So I made the following video:

### What about ethereum

Ethereum to me has shown a very clear pattern of growing in steps. This means reaching a price point, staying around it and then jumping up to the next level. Why this happens I have no idea. But over it's very short life this is what it has shown.

### Why no bubbles?

Not so fast. Ethereum has been crowdfunded in 2014. This was during the beginning of the latest bitcoin crash from bubble nr 5, which lasted 1.5 years. It went life, just when bitcoin had found its ground and started to bull run

### Ethereum only existed in bull runs

Ethereum in contrast to bitcoin has only ever existed or traded in a time of a bitcoin and cryptocurrency bull run. As such it makes sense that it did never really crash. even the DAO problems have not really pushed ethereum back to a previous price plateau.

### I bet ethereum will bubble just like bitcoin
I am guessing that when bubble nr 6 crashes ethereum will crash like all the other coins. With crash I mean a 50-80% crash. I doubt we will ever see $15 price ranges for ethereum, but any other plateau above it may be fair game, depending on how high this bubble will go.

### Ethereum has other fundamentals than bitcoin

My bet may be wrong, because ether has different fundamentals. There are many projects that are based on ethereum and as a result they may keep the price more steady than other cryptocurrencies. I hope that is the case, but I am not going to bet on this.
