One thing that is very important for the growth of steem is that everyone is enjoying the platform. And with everyone I mean primarily those that do not have lots of followers or SP to automatically attract upvotes and reward.

As someone who has invested a bit of my own money and never cashed out any steem, I happen to be an orca or super hero as they refer to accounts over 50k SP. My votes may be worth up to about $5. with that I can exactly make an impact on accounts that barely get any upvotes, since $5 is a lot when u have nothing but not so much when you already have a bunch of votes.

As a result one of my daily jobs in my mind is to upvote the little guy. So I browse around new content and look for post that show a decent amount of effort and quality and click the upvote button.

Consider doing the same, just to make sure new and unknown user have a good experience here on steem so they stay and become active users and content contributors.
