duplicate list is created when I refresh the followers list page

#### Expected behavior
The steemplus extension modifies the followers and following list on steemit. However I expected that it should display only 1 layer of that list.
#### Actual behavior
When I refresh the page of following list, a duplicate is created. There are now two exact lists
#### How to reproduce
- I utilize chrome browser
- download and install the steemplus extension from chrome store
- enable the extension and login with steemit details
- goto followers list
- refresh the page <hr>
* Browser: Google Chrome
* Operating system: Windows 7 Professional.
