Know that if you bite more than what you can choose, it's either your choice what you choose drop in quality/commitment or not choose anything and have it hit unexpected. Ofc, pushing your limits is something life will always teach (so long as you recognize the risks of that), but you might not always be successful. Either way it's important to know that with this much juggling, more than likely something's gonna decrease in quality. Be it more conflicts with your girlfriend, lower grades in school, or less quality management in business, just being able to recognize that and not kill yourself stressing over everything is a good start.

If you can't do something, it is what it is. The way I've rolled for things like this in general is I've do the most important for that day and as much as you're physically able (or wish to) muster. But whatever you've left behind let yourself go, don't punch yourself or anything for not having done this for the family, not having done this for business. It's not gonna be possible to achieve everything, you've done what you've done.
