<liketuimages> <center>          </center> </liketuimages> Buenas noches queridos amigos, bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog... La semana pasada luego de llevar a mi mamá a su última consulta con el médico internista, decidimos probar un rico suschi que está frente a la clínica Virgen Del Valle, éste local nos lo habían recomendado muchas personas que viven en la isla. El lugar es muy sencillo, pero la amabilidad de sus empleados lo convierten en un ambiente muy acogedor. Mi mamá no puede comer mariscos ya que es alérgica a todo tipo de pescados, por ésta razón decidimos pedirle un perro caliente, la verdad que la experiencia para ella no fue buena, pero por lo menos aprovechó de disfrutar la salchicha alemana, que si estaba muy sabrosa. Les cuento que me quedan pocos días en Margarita, estoy aprovechando de visitar los lugares que me han recomendado, aunque ya tengo el tiempo en contra, trataré de vivir la experiencia hasta que toque despegar de ésta paradisíaca isla. Siempre he sentido mucho temor de comer camarones crudos, ya que he vivido la experiencia de personas cercanas que no han sido buenas, por intoxicación producot de un camarón en mal estado, pero en ésta oportunidad di un voto de confianza y decidí pedir un plato mixto, el cual estaba compuesto de camarones, pescado crudo y cangrejo, cuando di mi primer bocado, mi paladar se impregnó de una maravillosa explosión de sabores y texturas, tenía tiempo sin poder disfrutar de unos buenos camarones. Sin lugar a dudas regresaría a éste lugar todas las veces que fuera posible. Nos sirvieron varias salsas agridulces y una especial de piña colada que estaba MUY exquisita. Ese día celebramos que todos los resultados que le realizaron a mi mamá salieron bien, a pesar de su problema de columna y de su escoliosis, sus niveles de sangre están dentro del rango normal. También le realizaron un eco abdominal para comprobar que el hígado y páncreas estuvieran sanos y gracias a Dios el resultado salió perfecto. Estamos muy agradecidas por la buena salud de mi mamá, esta es la mayor de las bendiciones, ya que sin salud es imposible disfrutar de todas las bondades que te ofrece la vida... I have only a few days left in Margarita, I am taking advantage of visiting the places that have been recommended to me, although I have the time against me, I will try to live the experience until it is time to take off from this paradisiacal island. I have always been very afraid of eating raw shrimp, since I have lived the experience of people close to me that have not been good, due to intoxication produced by a bad shrimp, but this time I gave a vote of confidence and decided to order a mixed dish, which was composed of shrimp, raw fish and crab, when I took my first bite, my palate was impregnated with a wonderful explosion of flavors and textures, I had a long time without being able to enjoy good shrimp. Without a doubt I would return to this place as many times as possible. We were served several sweet and sour sauces and a special piña colada sauce that was VERY delicious. That day we celebrated that all of my mom's test results came back good, despite her spinal problem and scoliosis, her blood levels are within normal range. They also performed an abdominal ultrasound to check that her liver and pancreas were healthy and thank God the results were perfect. We are very grateful for the good health of my mom, this is the greatest blessing, because without health is impossible to enjoy all the goodness that life offers you...
