It shows the serious damages that occur, when the environmental impact that the human settlements create in the natural environment is not taken into account and at the same time evidence a lack of studies of the hydrological behavior of the regions, in this case the Apure river basin. It should be noted that this region of the Venezuelan plains, are often depressed by these misfortunes. It is time for trained people to streamline studies to prevent such events, always trying to maintain the ecological balance. It seems to me of great importance to spread these images to educate the population and to demand urgent changes in the treatment and the definitive solution for such events.

Muestra  los serios daños que suceden, cuando no se toma en cuenta el impacto ambiental que los asentamientos humanos crean en el entorno natural y a la vez evidencia una carencia de estudios del comportamiento Hidrológico de las regiones, en este caso la cuenca del rió Apure. cabe destacar que esta región de los llanos Venezolanos, son deprimidos por estas desgracias con frecuencia. Es hora que gente capacitada agilice estudios tendiente a prevenir tales eventos, siempre tratando de mantener el equilibrio ecológico. Me parece de gran importancia difundir dichas imágenes para educar a la población y que exija cambios urgentes en el tratamiento y la solución definitiva para tales eventos.
