The above statement looks fine tuned, and even someone might argue that these words actually means something to the CPS. Best Interest of the Children involved?, the same old motto!. Don't the CPS get tired using this same lame excuses for the separation of children from their families?. 

<em>It is always a hard situation when courts or county social workers remove children from their parents' custody</em> ?, this is one of the blankest lies I have ever heard. Hard situation?, I will debunk this very statement, it is never a hard situation for CPS, as a matter of FACT, from numerous cases in the past, removing a child happens to be the easiest situation for CPS, that is what they result to doing from day one with their threats and other shenanigans. It is a hard situation for the PARENTS and not the pretentious and money-plagued CPS. Below is the scenario that led to Emily Piper(Human service commissioner in MN) making the above statement. 

### Amanda Weber's Son Kidnapped

So, as usual CPS has to pick on something to get a family into appropriate radar, no matter how slight or trivia the issue might be. The case of Amanda is one of those cases where you say "No, they didn't just do that again to another family, prove me wrong, Oh they did!". Amanda took her 10 months old son to the hospital with a cough. The doctor "assured" Amanda that it was just a Cough from the diagnosis, the child was perfectly alright, though there was a recommendation that she should have stayed(Recommendation!). 

In Amanda's word;
>After waiting, I had asked to leave because I wanted to put my kids to bed and I had my three-year-old with me and I asked if there was anything else that had to be done. They said ‘No, there was no other testing or anything that needed to be done.’--Amanda

This is where things start getting annoyingly insane and the true color of CPS started revealing itself. Amanda took her Son home since there was nothing more to be done, and in two days, the police was at her door and the 10 month old was taken back to the hospital, where the doctor still confirmed that her son was perfectly OK.

This felt like Déjà vu, it was just a day ago I mentioned a mother who told me CPS refused her plea to keep her two blonde daughters together, with the caseworker replying that they already had someone to place one of the daughter with(Lonely And Alone). Amanda case was similar but different, when the police brought the child to the hospital, there was a Foster parent already present!. Now go back to Emily's statement in the beginning of this post; was it a hard decision for them?. They already brought a foster parent on Day One!. Her son was removed and she began running helter-skelter for help. She was at it for so long till the "Stop Child Protective Services from Legally Kidnapping Children” group of parents picked up on her case.(that was the group first case chosen to demonstrate the ill-treatment and corrupt nature of CPS to drive home the point that the child protection laws need to be changed in Minnesota). 

The group decided to provide free legal aid for Amanda and all the support she needed, and as fate might have it coupled with the struggle of other parents and the group, the judge ruled against Minnesota CPS and ordered them to release Amanda's then 10 month old Son immediately who was now almost 1 yr and 3 months old. This young child was separated from his mum for no reason at all but on basis of cooked up lies and built up Medical Neglect case. CPS thought her Son would have been a free meal for them, but they were wrong, she found strength and support from other parents. 

Amanda was so surprised to see that her son was already walking, she missed that special moment. This shows that Amanda was not even allowed contact with her Son for that long. 

### Back To Emily Piper(Mn Human Service Commissioner) 
If you tell me it is in the best interest of the Child again, I will completely lose it. It is never in the best interest of the child. It is in the best interest of CPS, their blood stained pockets.

So you want families to cooperate with an obvious kidnapper(CPS)?, You expect a right thinking mother or father to sit down and cooperate while you steal away their son?. These CPS bunch of liars and criminals are all uptight, acting like angels while they are busy destroying innocent families, causing a lot of pains!. 

Below is a video of Amanda after getting back her Son, I RECOMMEND you watch it.(Recommend?....hmmmm...Yes, hopefully I don't bring the internet cops to your house if you decide not to watch it). The video was done after Amanda got back her Son, it is just a little above 3 minute. Please watch it, and for those who are deceived by CPS's whitewash, do wake up!. You can't afford to be blind, you don't have that luxury.

I will leave my readers, both believers and those who haven't got this awareness with a simple question. How many parents would be as lucky as Amanda? and think about how many will and has fallen prey to CPS?. It happens all the time, and no one questions them, I think that should begin to change if we want freedom to raise a happy home in peace.
