For me this week it was all about these amazing female voices, I just kept finding entry after entry and I was flawed by the consistently amazing performances - this thing just keeps getting better and better!

It has been another crazy week, with a heap of projects and side projects on the go - but as always when I sat down to listen to the entries, I was drawn in and the world disappeared for a while.

That is what this music gives to me each week, time where I have to stop, listen and enjoy - it's only after I start going through all of them I start stressing about the placements.

This job is never easy, but it is and will remain an honour and privilege, to get to share in the amazingly beautiful music your creating here - it is such a treasure, so I do my very best to uphold the super high standards of Open Mic.

Holy hell this song is just perfection, your stunning vocals just stood out to me - I am such a fan of your voice and what you can achieve with it!

When I read your post and saw you were intentionally working on highlighting the haunting tones of your vocals, I was thrilled to hear you take it to the next level - the harmonies were just a divine addition.

I was flawed by your performance and I couldn't not place you, but then as things went on I was just drawn back to your entry time and time again - your singing has something magical about, the way you use your voice to full effect in songs like this sound phenomenal!

I know you know I love your singing and your entries, not sure I will ever tire of hearing your insane talents lovely - keep it up and as always I so look forward to more.

As I said this week was all about our super talented female vocalists for me, your song was just amazing lovely - I loved every second of it.

It's such a thrill to get to hear some more of your original music, each time you blow me away - I never know how it can keep getting better and better and yet here we are and yet again I struggle to find the words to adequately describe the brilliance of you, your music and your voice! 

You keep stepping it up each time and I love that, you have some sheer talent wrapped in awesome - all topped off with the voice of an angel, I can listen to this for weeks non stop.

I always look forward to seeing what else you have tucked up that sleeve of yours, love your music hun - keep blowing my mind <3

For a first entry you certainly caught my attention, what an amazing display of vocal precision and skill - not to mention the sweet song you've crafted beautifully.

Your playing is the perfect accompaniment and your overall composition works really well, I really absolutely enjoyed every moment of this song - just a beautiful story and sung to perfection. 

A brilliant first entry and a great sign of things to come, I hope to hear many more entries from you in the future - it is just such a pleasure to hear your sweet and gentle voice.

Wowsas I just love that voice, seriously you drew me in with the emotional tone - but then that twang just worked so well, I just couldn't get enough this song and had to listen to it a few dozen times in a row. 

Just a brilliant sound and combined with your amazingly unique vocals I just loved every second of it, I don't normally go for this style of music - but you just smashed it out perfectly and just really wow!

I hope to see a lot more of you in the future, your voice is just phenomenal - keep up the amazing music, please I need more lol.

I had no space to fit all of the amazing female vocalists in, even with adding a couple of extra places cause I just couldn't choose - but your entry Kay well it had to be included there just wasn't any question. 

You had me belting it out with you hun, a classic with a subtle @kayclarity twist to make it yours unconditionally - just a killer entry and performance, your vocals are just always an amazing highlight for me.

I wouldn't know what to do if I never heard another amazing song from you, it would be a travesty that's for sure - so please keep it up and keep sharing your amazing music with us, I love it more than I can word.

Well when it was the female voice's of Open Mic that drove me crazy, of course that had to include the phenomenally talented @vera.carla - just one of the most impeccable vocalists I've encountered and it is always such a joy to hear you sing.

A beautifully sad original song, you can not only sing beautifully - your playing is perfect and your song composition and structure are all I'm after in a good song.

I love that you have no idea just how talented you are, your an amazing musician - but a phenomenal vocalist and I love pretty much all of your entries.

As always I look forward to the next time you wow me with your insane talents!

You two are becoming fast favourites of mine, I just love the thick and rich texture of your insanely beautiful vocals - your songs are always amazingly unique and brilliant in every sense of the word.

I just love when I hear music unlike anything I've ever heard before and when it works as well as yours does, it is just absolutely divine experience and such a sheer pleasure to behold and take in.

You both perform so well and accompany each other, with a synchronicity that just makes the music perfection - I always love hearing amazing vocals and your voice just give me chills ( I also love @edenmichelle's voice, like pure honey).

It is always a highlight when I see your post's appearing on my list of music to listen too, this week you guys kicked some serious ass to make this list - and I loved every damned second of it!

Another big list cause I suck at being strict with myself, but as you should have heard by now - it is well worth it, listen to all the amazing music you guy's get to hear because of it!

I will never grow board of this job (should find another word cause this really isn't work), you guys take me places each week and I love you all so much for having the courage - to share such an emotional and vulnerable part of yourself with us, it rally is an honour. 

As I am running a little behind today, I will call it at that - but I will say one last time, this was just an epic week of awesome guys keep it up!

I'd also like to remind everyone again that all top five nominations from this week, will feature in the Steemit Musicians live radio show on MSP-Waves next week.

On the note of the community I thought I'd take a moment to mention that, over at the minnow support program on our discord chat room Peace Abundance and Liberty - the recently revitalised <a href="https://discord.gg/HpNYFs3">music room</a> has been getting rather active lately.

As well as the recent burst of activity, we have also added a jukebox to the room - so now when you're chatting with people in the <a href="https://discord.gg/HpNYFs3">music room</a>, you can choose and play music from youtube (this includes open mic entries, I may have already played a couple I really enjoyed).

So far I have seen a few open mic regulars hanging out and about on the PAL chat rooms, now we have a place where we can actively share music live with people were chatting with - this can help musicians in so many ways, not to mention it's just fun to hang out and chat over and about good tunes.

In addition to the new <a href="https://discord.gg/HpNYFs3">music room</a> Peace Abundance and Liberty chat rooms have a lot to offer, you can access bots to vote on your posts, you can also meet and interact with over 5000 steemians in the channel - this can be a very useful resource to new steemians, but is also a fantastic place to meet and interact with like minded individuals on many different topics.
