Tal como lo habíamos anunciado el mes pasado, el día 29 de mayo cumplimos siete años como proyecto de curación (y, sobre todo, de formación de curadores) para la comunidad de habla hispana, primero en Steemit y luego, desde el mismo momento de la creación de esta plataforma, en **Hive**, nuestro hogar.
Para nosotros es una enorme satisfacción haber venido cumpliendo esa labor titánica de formar curadores, apoyar contenido de cerca de 4000 autores -con uno de los sistemas más democráticos en la plataforma-, habernos convertido en testigo y habernos convertido también en desarrolladores de proyectos para **Hive**.
Tenemos muchos retos por delante, pero los antes mencionados son nuestro eje central y en función de ellos seguiremos moviéndonos.
El reto más importante que tenemos a corto plazo, es subir en el ranking de los testigos de Hive, para poder mantener activos todos nuestros programas, nuestro sitio web y generar más ingresos para compensar al equipo que trabaja de manera permanente para que todos estos programas funcionen y, principalmente, para aumentar el poder de voto de @la-colmena y que las recompensas para los autores sean más significativas.

As we announced last month, on May 29 we celebrated seven years as a curation project (and, above all, as a curator training project) for the Spanish-speaking community, first on Steemit and then, from the moment this platform was created, on **Hive**, our home.
It is a great satisfaction for us to have been carrying out this titanic task of training curators, supporting content from nearly 4,000 authors—with one of the most democratic systems on the platform—becoming a witness, and also becoming project developers for **Hive**.
We have many challenges ahead of us, but the ones mentioned above are our central focus, and we will continue to move forward based on them.
The most important challenge we have in the short term is to move up in the Hive witness rankings so that we can keep all our programs and our website active and generate more income to compensate the team that works tirelessly to keep all these programs running and, above all, to increase the voting power of @la-colmena and make the rewards for authors more significant.

# Transparencia || Transparency

Con miras a mantener la transparencia de nuestros votos, desde hace varios meses hemos venido publicando la distribución de los mismos, según las comunidades.
Es importante recordar que nuestros curadores postulan las publicaciones a votar y estas deben recibir el apoyo de un segundo curador o del moderador, quien está a cargo de hacer una segunda revisión antes de aprobar el voto.
Luego de la lista con los votos que se le dieron a las distintas comunidades de **Hive**, presentamos la lista con el rendimiento de los curadores y el aporte (con su porcentaje) de cada uno de ellos, al logro del mes pasado.

In order to maintain the transparency of our votes, for several months we have been publishing the distribution of votes according to communities.
It is important to remember that our curators nominate the posts to be voted on, and these must receive the support of a second curator or the moderator, who is in charge of conducting a second review before approving the vote.
