No one uses this shit, even though it exists. The "world bank" is not a bank. Same as central banks are not banks. They are domestic bank regulators. Who in this global gangster paradise gives a fuck whether the FED or any other western Bullshit pseudo bank has some quasi-money? Same with QE, this doesn't change a fuck, Credit crunches further and further. Money is not the driver of this world. When human interaction dies, companies shut down and employees lay off, then there is no money. Maybe there are fantasy currency systems and you can print unlimited units of this crypto 3,0 shit, but still, there is no money inside. Even bitcoin does not coordinate a shit when the useful side of the economy or even civilization dies. You can hold it, it can be limited or infinite, it can be on a blockchain or a central ledger- it all doesnt matter. 

There needs to be life - human life. Like the life we saw after WW2. Maybe they wanted to reignite the life inside us by creating this "deadly" virus. Didt worked out. It contributed further to the decline.
