Nowadays it is a reality that as the years go by and technology advances, cell phones become more essential for each of us. And how could a device that helps us make calls, send messages, take photos, listen to music, watch movies, connect with our friends, make payments and receive money, etc., etc., etc. not be? My friends and I think about all these utilities the moment we find someone else's cell phone on public transportation, not to mention how expensive they currently cost. <strong>Luckily, this story had a happy ending and after a few hours, because we were able to return to her owner's hands safe and sound 😅.</strong>

<blockquote>Hoy en día ya es una realidad que a medida que pasan los años y avanza la tecnología, los celulares se van volviendo más indispensables para cada uno de nosotros. ¿Y cómo no podría serlo un dispositivo que nos sirve para hacer llamadas, enviar mensajes, tomar fotografías, escuchar música, ver películas, conectarnos con nuestros amigos, hacer pagos y recibir dinero, etc, etc, etc? En todas esas utilidades pensamos mis amigos y yo en el momento en que encontramos un celular ajeno en el transporte público, sin contar lo caros que cuestan actualmente. <strong>Por suerte, esta historia tuvo final feliz y después de unas horas, pudo volver a las manos de su dueña sano y salvo 😅.</strong>

After a long day of trekking, my friends and I were returning almost dozing on the bus when it was time to get off at the end of the route. We were already the last passengers and when we arrived at our stop in the park, we found a cell phone on one of the seats. It was too late to locate its possible owner, so we started trying to unlock it by trying different patterns. Can you believe that with the simplest pattern it was unlocked? It only took us a few tries until we made a "Z" shape and opened it 😅.

<blockquote>Después de un largo día de trekking, mis amigos y yo volvíamos casi dormitando en el colectivo cuando llegó la hora de bajarnos en el final de recorrido. Ya éramos los últimos pasajeros y cuando llegamos a nuestra parada en el parque, nos encontramos un celular en uno de los asientos. Ya era demasiado tarde como para ubicar a su posible dueño, así que empezamos a intentar desbloquearlo probando distintos patrones. ¿Pueden creer que con el patrón más sencillo se desbloqueó? Solo nos tomó unos poquitos intentos hasta que hicimos uno en forma de "Z" y lo abrimos 😅.

Thanks to that we were able to call someone on the contact list and we coordinated the delivery with the owner's husband. Luckily this cell phone fell into good hands (ours :p), because having a password so easy to decipher, you could have access to everything, even bank accounts and virtual wallets. In this case it was good because our intention was good, but I guess next time the owner will have to be more careful not to lose sight of her phone 😅.

<blockquote>Gracias a eso pudimos llamar a alguien en la lista de contactos y coordinamos la entrega con el esposo de la dueña. Por suerte este celular cayó en buenas manos (las nuestras :p), porque al tener una contraseña tan fácil de decifrar, se podía tener acceso a todo, incluso a las cuentas del banco y billeteras virtuales. En este caso vino bien porque nuestra intención era buena, pero supongo que la próxima vez la dueña tendrá que tener más cuidado con no perder de vista su teléfono 😅.

I suppose this good deed was a contributor to the good energy of the universe. I was in a position to have lost my cell phone three times and they returned it to me all three times (it wasn't the same cell phone every time, that would be very funny). The first time I had forgotten it in the university library, the second time also in the university classroom, and the third time I also forgot it on a bus. That last time I had the "bad luck" that that bus was going to the other side of the city, so I had to go look for it there. At that time, cell phones didn't even work with passwords, so when I called my own number, the person who found it answered, I went to where he was and he returned it to me 😃.


<blockquote>Supongo que esta buena acción fue contribuyente a la buena energía del universo. Yo estuve en situación de haber perdido mi celular en tres ocasiones y las tres veces me lo devolvieron (no fue el mismo celular siempre, eso sería muy gracioso). La primera vez me lo había olvidado en la biblioteca de la universidad, la segunda también en el aula de la universidad, y la tercera me lo olvidé también en un colectivo. Esa última vez tuve la "mala suerte" de que ese colectivo se iba hasta el otro lado de la ciudad, así que tuve ir a buscarlo hasta allá. En ese momento los celulares ni siquieran funcionaban con contraseña, así que cuando llamé a mi propio número me atendió la persona que lo encontró, fui hasta donde estaba y me lo devolvió 😃.

When the husband of the cell phone owner came to look for it, he gave us some money as a thank you. We didn't really want to accept it because it was something we did selflessly, but he insisted that we receive it and so we did. With that money we ended up buying some cookies to eat while we returned to the hostel with the satisfaction that it was a great day. <strong>I think that when you do good things you end up attracting that good energy in one way or another, and that ended up filling us all with joy ❤️.</strong>

<blockquote>Cuando el esposo de la dueña del celular llegó a buscarlo, nos dió algo de dinero en forma de agradecimiento. En realidad no queríamos aceptarlo porque fue algo que hicimos desinteresadamente, pero él insistió en que lo recibamos y así fue. Con esa plata terminamos comprando unas galletitas para ir comiendo mientras regresábamos al hostel con la satisfacción de que fue un gran día. <strong>Pienso que cuando haces cosas buenas terminas atrayendo esa buena energía de una forma u otra, y eso terminó de llenarnos de alegría a todos ❤️.</strong>
