Welcome to this weeks LBI token earnings and holding post  **What is LBI?** The LeoBacked Investment (LBI) token is the first of its kind, the 1st token to be valued completely in LEO. Each LBI token represents a percentage ownership in the overall fund including all LEO, HIVE, off-chain and wallets operated by @lbi-token. The goal is to provide a community based and ran investment vehicle focused primarily on the LeoFinance community and LEO token. We provide a weekly LEO dividend payment to all token holders whilst also increasing the value of the LBI token slowly but consistently over the long term by only investing into things that will stand the test of time. LBI is a long term HODL token based on SPI's model. Because these tokens are backed and valued in their primary assets, the value only increases. Think of it as putting $1000 in the bank and earning interest. In theory, you should never have fewer dollars. The $1000 is the LEO you give us to buy your LBI token and the interest is the earnings we produce with that LEO.   Good earning this week at over 2000 LEO. I think at about this point im happy to end any week on over 2000 LEO. This week we got another double curation payout, you can see these are red numbers above. Curation earnings this week is the lowest I've ever seen them and not sure why. The accounts VP is good and none has been wasted as far as I can see. I figure alot more people are using the frontend and the reward pool has been diluted a little among more users. The 50,000 LEO we wrapped and put to work on CUBfinance earned the same it earned last week because the price of both LEO and CUB are the same as they were last week. CUBlife did ok this week, took a small dip on last week but still over 130 LEO which is more than double what it was doing only 1 month ago. Friday is our best day as always because CUBlife and bLEO incomes come in on that day. HIVE content top earner this week, sitting at almost double our second-highest earner, LEO curation. Looks like we got to start and stake up some LEO.    First HIVE power down came in for 100 HIVE. We earned 30 HBD from content this week so i converted around 35 HIVE to get us 20 HBD and then added 50 HBD to our saving wallet. I took the remaining 65ish HIVE and converted it into 430 LEO which i staked to our LEO wallet. We have 12 more powerdowns coming and i'd like to repeat this process for each with the goal of staking around 5000 LEO to our wallet.   Not to many changes here this week, the only thing that has really moved any is the BTC we hold in a LP token. Anything else is on par with what it was at reporting time last week. Im looking at the above table and im thinking it's starting to look pretty sad and those funds could be working better for us. Not sure where are how but the APY's are very low.      The LBI token price is now up to 2.06 LEO and this see's the 4th week of growth and marks another all-time high. In terms of LEO, every LBI token holder is in profit. In terms of dollars..., oh look, it's raining outside. What was I gonna say? can't remember. So, 4 weeks of growth and 3 weeks at over 2 LEO per token, amazing stuff. Who would have guessed it? I guess you would guessed it if you bought in early and understood the fund model 😉. It has been a very uneventful week with the markets going mostly sideways, the highlight has our HIVE power down that could us 430 LEO and 20 HBD. I like consistent and boring, it's easy to work and yields over time. I can't wait until the snowball effect kicks in for LBI when it starts to gain traction.
