Smiling is contagious. You can influence the people that surround you if you have a positive and jolly personality.  Each time that you smile you sends a feel-good party in your brain. The actual act of smiling activates messages to our brain that benefits our health and happiness.

There is magic if you smile, it will give you a good feeling, relieves stress and attracts positivity in your life. There is a scientific study that smiling can actually trick your brain to think that you're happy.  Regardless if your smile is genuine or not.  Whenever we smile it makes our brain remember pleasant and happy experiences hence this improves our mood. Smile releases endorphins, that can make us feel happier and be more positive.  And these hormones are the same hormones that are released that make us feel more motivated and less stress or worried.

There is power when you smile it lowers stress and anxiety and it brings out the positivity in our life. Whenever you're sad and you feel down, _force yourself to smile for 1 minute_ this will actually uplift your mood. I am always using this technique whenever I feel sad. Whenever you're in a stressful situation and you force yourself to smile it will lower your heart rate and will make you relax. Try it!
