### **Dear friends,**
https://res.cloudinary.com/hpiynhbhq/image/upload/v1519304670/gohvnymc5gcdevgppa0b.jpg
"What is his name?", this is a sentence I used to ask everytime I meet new friends. These days, I forget easily. I don't believe that I forget easily because I age, but based on my research, a person can be forgetful if he is always depressed and stress. It's not easy to be forgetful because we act like crazy sometimes. When a person talks to me and I have something to say, it is always delayed because I try to refresh the certain point. There are times I have a goal to do in a day, but my times are just wasted for doing my unplanned activities because I can't remember the planned goal. After every bath and waking up in the morning, I try hard to find my hair ties because I can't remember where I placed. If I read new vocabularies, I can't learn easily because I need to read those for the entire week. If I read books, there are only a few lines I can memorize. Before, my brain was extremely proactive to acquire new words. In fact, reading and construction sentences using dissimilar vocabularies was my hobby. My mother, sisters, grandma, and relatives in maternal side forget easily, but no one has an Alzheimers. I believe it is genetic. Since I become addicted to the Internet, I just read books sometimes. Instead of playing puzzles, I prefer to stay 24/7 on Facebook and Google. Obviously, Internet can interfere our emotional response to our environment that creates a craving and after craving is attaining our goal. If we can't accomplish it, anxiety comes in. So now, I avoid using Instagram and Facebook. **### Activities to Fight Forgetfulness** I observe that being active to read is a memory enhancer. Not just reading, there are many activities that can develop our memory retention. Those who are younger than me that experience the same as well as those who are age, doing rational calisthenics is always advisable. There are underlying causes why a person forgets that can be worked out little by little. The reasons are pregnancy, pills, and disorderly emotion. Self-control and self-discipline are the major solutions to prevent it progressing. Begin to play a puzzle! If not in magazines and newspapers, there are many online games that can exercise our brain cells. Try to create your own dancing choreography. Remember the steps and make this a routine weekly. It can't just exercise our brain cells, it is also a good exercise to our entire body. Be active to play sports. Focusing the game strategies can improve our consciousness. Don't waste your time to sit all day scrolling your phone and laptop screen or watch TV, but, go to the spa to alleviate your stress and to a psychiatrist, if you are mentally retarded. When you meet a new friend whose introducing his name, focus on his name, never mind the other topics, and associate his appearance with the name. Don't always think that losing memory is a problem. Stressing out may worsen your forgetfulness.
https://media.giphy.com/media/xUNd9XydMGWHjnzl84/giphy.gif

DISCLAIMER: The content is original.

Join STEEMIT ACHIEVERS in Discord: https://discord.gg/ZtGXRcb

Please support the Smart Media Token @teardrop project by Sir @surpassinggoogle and follow https://www.facebook.com/teardropstokens on Facebook.

Please support @cloh76 as witness.
