For the fair lottery, RANDOM SEED was determined by sum of (sequence*rshares*percent). 
The method may calculate the specific random seed value for a lottery.
If the vote comes a different order, the result is different even if the exact same person to vote.
In other words, the very low probability that the same seed to be calculated because the formula can keep the voting order.

I used Python random. If give the same seed, and generate the same random number sequentially.

This lottery was chosen the winner from this seed and instruction.
The second result is for a voting power based lottery.

Total generated SD and STEEM are 4.494 and 5.538, respectively .

So I sent 2.247 SD and 2.769 STEEM (bonus) to the two winners.
