While investing, it has to do with taking some great risk and that is because there is no business without a risk but the most important of it is how we managed it which is why risk management is very important strategy to minimize the risk rate.

Risk Management is very crucial while investing or making a business venturing in other to achieve the investment purpose. Risk management is very important because it helps to identify an unexpected risk in business and helps an investors to be prepared for  the possible threat. After recognizing the type of risk, the next thing is to assessed the risk. Since the risk has already been recognized. It is very important to acknowledge the relationship different components of the business might have and also the risk.

The next thing to do is the risk evaluation. After done with vthe assessing, the next step is to evaluate and to prioritize the risks. In business it is very crucial to evaluate the risk and know how to place then in other to avoid the threat they might pose.

Then the next procedure of risk management is to get rid of the risk completely and it should be done by the risk management experts and to be sorted by the investors.

And lastly, it is important to Monitor and do the analysis of  the risk. It's impossible to eradicate all the risk because some risks are really consistently.
