If you can understand yourself you will learn how to love yourself and not wait for anyone to love you, love yourself and believe in yourself and take your mind from what people may say. You are a human, you don't need to do too much before getting exhausted , your feeling can get you exhausted , having so much to think about can even get you tired but no matter how much you try to satisfy people you can never be appreciated enough and in the end you will still find yourself exhausted.

Don't get yourself exhausted carry on an heavy weight on your heart. Love but let it be in moderate, worry but not too much, make a sacrifice but not at the expense of your own happiness, you are not the only one who can give this so try and rest when you find yourself tired. Take care of yourself again and again, those you gave your love to deserve it so does you.
