Tunguska meteorite, what really happened

I continue the theme of the Riddle of the Tunguska meteorite.
For dozens of years of research on the Tunguska problem, long-standing views on how the 1908 explosion looked were changing tens or even hundreds of times. It is rather difficult to trace the sequence of paradigm shift. According to known facts, the work of researchers of recent years, the results of recent experiments, the picture of what happened in June 1908 is presented in the following manner:
The Earth's atmosphere was invaded by a certain body (here and in the future, only non-controversial terms and names are used) of artificial or natural origin with very unusual physical (probably even energetic and spatio-temporal) properties. It is not clear whether it was a ship or other artificial body, but it is clear that it could not be an ordinary comet, a meteorite, a turbulence, at least if we correctly represent these or other cosmic or terrestrial objects of non-artful origin. Body in size from a few tens of meters to a kilometer in flight brightly shone, left behind a smoky trace and, possibly, made some maneuvers. When approaching the Southern Swamp (future epicenter), the body slowed its speed and, perhaps, formed around itself something like an electromagnetic clot and / or twisted the characteristics of Space-Time in the local area around itself. For this or another reason, but first from the body or from the area around the body towards the ground, dozens first, then hundreds of powerful lightning (possibly, the beacon) began to be beaten, the intensity of their impacts increased, kept on the same level, then faded from 2 up to 15 minutes. Most likely, before the maximum of these impacts (at the 2nd or 3rd minute after the first powerful electrical breakdown?), The body as a result of any internal reaction (nuclear, thermonuclear explosion or other phenomenon with the formation of a sharp shock wave) formed a powerful air wave , extending from a point source (not more than one or two dozen meters in size). Only after the first wave knocked down most of the trees and the ROCK flop formed on the ground, followed by weaker but numerous explosions or other processes that caused air waves that knocked the remaining trees to stand, hiding the original picture of the fall. At the time of the formation of explosive waves, the body made some, perhaps chaotic movements in the air, continuing to form lightnings, as already noted, about 15 minutes. Consequently, it can be assumed that the body has not collapsed or is not completely destroyed as a result of these explosions. Some not very clear property of this body allowed him to capture from the Earth's surface (or terrestrial planet?) Some large stones, in order to then plunge them at high speed into the earth. But where did they come from, the nearest deposit of such stones is located 400 km from this place? It remains only to assume that something or someone was able to pick up this stone (stones) and at a speed sufficient for them to plow in the earth about 70 meters by inertia, threw them into the epicenter. The explanation sounds absurd, but it would be illogical to ignore this unexplained fact (as well as other "illogical", but still existing facts). In some ways, the Tunguska body left behind it radioactive fallout, as well as places with a modified rate of time (pace) of physical time (in total we found three such places: in the southern edge of the Southern Swamp, on the northern slope of the Cascade and west of the Churgim waterfall) . As a result of these or other influences, the zone of the epicenter still retains traces of the catastrophe, including in plant mutations, insects, in increased psychophysical effects on humans, etc.
So or so it looked like a general picture of what happened. What really happened - so far you can only guess. At least, hypotheses based on this picture, you can think of, probably not less than half a dozen.
