While steeping out of a supermarket after buying my goods, I saw this stall preparing chicken tandoori in a grilling machine. Obviously seeing that juicy red flesh I can't control my watery mouth after all I was hungry too and chicken dishes are always my favorite. This stall guy was a genius, preparing the chicken tandoori in a grilling machine. Chicken tandoori originated from India and then flourished to Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and many other countries.

I ordered a full plate chicken tandoori as I was with my friend and its enough for both. The dish costs us around 6$ (around 700 Rupees). Almost all of the places that serve tandoori has a cylindrical oven made from clay to prepare tandoori. A burning charcoal is placed inside that clay oven and then marinated chicken is tied to a stick and that stick is placed inside the oven so that the heat of the coal will cook it.
