If there is one meat that is versatile than any other meat then it is chicken meat. You can make kabab, biryani, drumstick, crunchy fried, roast and many others from chicken. Chicken roast is one of the most popular way of eating chicken. However, each of people have their own way of preparing it. My way of making it is very simple but tasty. Of course no matter what dishes you make from chicken at the end it will come out to be flavorsome and appetizing.

I always love chicken breast because it is lot juicier than any other parts like thigh, wing, neck and so on. It has more fat as well that makes it tastier. I use all-purpose flour or simply wheat flour as it is healthier to consume with chicken and makes it crunchy, crispy and tastier. Rest ingredients I used are: salt, turmeric, Chicken masala (spices), black pepper and Sichuan pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder and then sprinkle with lemon juice from top of it. If you want it to be spicy you can add red chili powder.

The next steps would be to mix the above mixture of ingredients and chicken thoroughly for five minutes. Make sure the ingredients is distributed in all the sides. Then cover the dish with lid and left it for 30 minutes. You can keep it in refrigerator as well in the lowest temperature.

The next steps would be to cook oil in a medium flame and place the marinated chicken inside the oil. Leave it for 10 minutes and occasionally flip its side so that all part gets cooked. When it turns red or brown you can take it out.

Ready to be served now. It turns out to be crispy and chewing at the end. I always make sure the oil is drained out completely as eating too much oily is not recommended for your health. I realised later that beer was missing here🤣.
