The biggest IT giant IBM is arranging a free of cost online blockchain course starting from 30 July 2018. The course will have assignments in between and an exam at the end. Exam is not mandatory and anyone who wants to join the exam has to pay fee of Rs. 1100. But the course is absolutely free.
