WEEK 135: A song that stir my emotions.

**Melody, harmony, lyrics, sounds = Music**; though there are different types and each of us has our favorite genre, we all have our favorites. Often they say our choice of Music varies to our personality. I used to believe this, but now I don't think so. It may depend on the **mood**.
Like me, my playlist varies when I want to sleep; I would play some relaxing songs, not lively ones. Thus, there was a particular song that sometimes **stir** my emotions every time I heard it.
This song was released way back in 1981 and was sung by **Albert Hammond** before I was born. I don't know this song exists until one normal conversation with the husband one day.

**Me**: Is there a particular song you wanted to dedicate to me? Like *a theme song*?

**Him**: Oh yeah, **When I'm gone by Albert Hammod**.

I checked it on Youtube, and the first stanza says;

>When I'm gone
Will you take good care of everything?
Will you keep wearing your wedding ring?
When I'm gone

After listening, I almost curse him; as what is this, like he is saying **goodbye**.
I wouldn't say I like goodbye, and it always pained me being left behind and alone. I always fear losing a loved one, and I don't know how I will take it—being the type of person who finds it hard to move on and with depressing thoughts. My world would indeed turn blue.

I know we wouldn't live forever; we age, and accidents happen so that the time will come we will bid goodbye. Yet, I want to avoid seeing myself scanning photos or watching videos in my galleries, holding things that would remind me of those good memories! Perhaps crying because of too much pained build-up.

So every time I hear this song, I can't help but wish to die before him (*of course, I don't want to die now*).
