## JOULESTEEM DC Augmentation: Power Out Is Now Twice The Power In - Post #62

This deserves a separate but brief post that will be direct to the point . As per the circuit laid out below:

The only difference is that I turned off the 24 volts grid DC augmentation with all connections the same.

_THERE IS SOMETHING IN THE GRID LINE EVEN IF "OFF"_

The following behaviors are exhibited once I turned off the DC augmentation from the grid:

1. The LED bulbs at both ends of the circuit are flickering whereas before only one bulb flickers an the other is very brightly lit; we can expect this to be a normal behavior since the overall source voltage is now deducted with 24 volts (now 21 volts from about 44 volts as before)

2. The consumption, or rather the current “going out” of the source battery is about 160 milliamps as measured at point circle #2; with this consumption the charge battery is steadily charging and filling up with true charges

3. The current “going into” the charge battery is about 320 milliamps as measured at point circle #3; this is now twice  (2x) the consumption, which means this circuit is producing 320 milliamps from a usage of 160 milliamps, voltage stays the same at 21 volts; we need to take note that power in with these figures is 3.36 watts and power out is twice that, at 6.72 watts 

4. The capacitor connected at the source battery positive and grid DC negative produced 160 milliamps as measured at point circle #4; this is once again another confirmation that the circuit was able to “fill back” said capacitor with usable voltage pressure in order to produce such current; this behavior right here is one that no Engineering textbooks will tell us to be possible 

5. If I remove the grid DC connections totally and just go for the all-battery source voltage, the said phenomenon vanished and whatever current as measured at point circle #2 is just the same as the current as measured at point circle #3; clearly at this situation that the capacitor as described on fact #4 is not being “back-filled” up

So my next question is: where did this energy came from as the turned off grid DC is but a mere zero volts capacitor?
