¡Hola amigos y amigas! Teniendo en cuenta que este es el primer mes del año y después de luchar por terminar dignamente el año 2022, intentando que no faltara el pan en nuestras mesas. Teniendo fe en que este año que comienza será mucho mejor para nosotros. Quiero aprovechar esta oportunidad para mostrarles una pequeña colección de platos preparados por mí, algunos de los cuales reflejan nuestras tradiciones más ancestrales, otros el sabor cubano de nuestra cocina y también platos de otras raíces que los cubanos hemos adoptado como propios y no pueden faltar en nuestras cocinas. En todos ellos presento las recetas para quienes quieran disfrutarlas. Espero que les gusten y las disfruten.
