**Bienvenidos a mi Blog**

Siempre las frutas cítricas han sido mi delirio; hoy les traigo una deliciosa mermelada de fresa; este tipo de mermeladas son muy usadas tanto para acompañar con galletas o simplemente como relleno de cualquier postre. La fresa es una fruta que además de ser súper rica; posee muchos nutrientes como el hierro; de hecho es usado en jugos para subir los valores de la hemoglobina. Bueno  aquí les mostrare como de manera sencilla realice esta receta. 

# Ingredientes
½ Kilo de Fresa
250 gramos de azúcar
Vainilla

# Paso 1
Para comenzar hay que lavar muy bien las fresas y quitar las hojas verdes

Luego corte en finos trozos; esta mermelada la realice en trozos y no licuada ya que me gusta sentir el sabor de la fresa en trozos.

Coloque vainilla al gusto; en este caso una cucharada

Posteriormente coloque los 250 gramos de azúcar y uní con los trozos de fresa

Lleve a cocción a fuego bajo y espere que la misma fresa suelte el líquido que ellas poseen

Dejamos en cocción aproximadamente 25 minutos , esperamos a  que espese y retiramos del fuego

Ya aquí lista la mermelada de fresa, llevamos al refrigerador para que el almíbar que se genera se espese más.
