# **Etherparty Analysis: The Verdict** #### For the analysis of Etherparty, I will be posting several smaller parts where I focus on one thing, such as: project, team, funding, road map, et cetera. By doing this, I can get the information to you faster so that we can have discussion sooner. In addition, I think the posts will be easier to read. After releasing all the parts, I will also post the entire analysis and a summary.

---------- #### **Previous parts:** > - [Etherparty Analysis Part 1: The Basics](https://steemit.com/crypto/@longcat/etherparty-analysis-part-1-the-basics) > - [Etherparty Analysis Part 2: Road Map](https://steemit.com/crypto/@longcat/etherparty-analysis-part-2-road-map) > - [Etherparty Analysis Part 3: Team & Funding](https://steemit.com/crypto/@longcat/etherparty-analysis-part-3-team-and-funding) > - [Etherparty Analysis Part 4: Economics & Competitors](https://steemit.com/crypto/@longcat/etherparty-analysis-part-4-economics-and-competitors) I have finished all parts and now it's time for the conclusion! #### **Project** โ Brings smart contracts to the masses โ Built on the Ethereum network #### **Token** โ Only needed for buying Etherparty services โ Etherparty could just charge ETH instead of FUEL โ Token likely created to get more funding #### **Road map** โ Potentially on schedule for mainnet release in Q1 2018 โ Not clear where the team currently is in terms of progress โ Important milestones are missing from road map โ Lack of details #### **Team** โ Relatively large team, including a decent number of developers โ Advisors are listed under team, making it look bigger than it really is โ The team is largely (potentially completely) from Vanbex group โ Unclear how much time Vanbex allocates to the Etherparty project #### **Funding** โ Backed by Seed funding from Vanbex #### **Economics** โ Hard cap โ FUEL tokens received by Etherparty could potentially instantly be resold on the market โ Etherparty has not released any strategy with regards to FUEL obtained from users โ Tokens are never removed from the supply #### **Competitors** โ Number of competitors seems to be limited โ Etherparty seems to be ahead for now #### **Conclusion** Taking the above into consideration, I will not be making any investments in FUEL. While I have a lot of confidence that Etherparty as a project will succeed, I don't think this will translate into gains for its token investors. Etherparty might sell a lot of subscriptions, but this will not necessarily translate into a high price for the FUEL token. In addition, some critical information to assess the progress and economics of the token seem to be missing or withheld. *Note that the above are my personal views only and not investment advice. It is meant for information purposes only.* ### Do you have any investments in FUEL? Will you be investing in FUEL in the future? Let me know in the comments! ### That concludes the Etherparty series! I will soon release the full post and a small summary in case the parts were still too long. ----------
*Please consider upvoting and resteeming my posts!* #### *Thanks!* *-longcat* ####
