Frontends can significantly improve user experience using AI //

Everyone that knows me, knows how much I like Hive and how invested I am in it beyond the numbers in my wallet.
That allows me to keep repeating what I have been repeating for years.

The Hive (this includes all frontends) new user experience is pretty terrible.

This is especially true when it comes to account creation and new user orientation. Lack of tutorials definitely doesnt help.
Ive covered what exactly is wrong and why its wrong many times, but it falls on def ears as frontends have this very odd focus on "old users" instead of "new potential users". Most of the old users are wholly unaware of how complicated Hive is for anyone new that comes here so they dont push for changes that dont concern them directly. People tend to forget over time how they felt when they started using Hive at first.
**Now, for them using Hive is like breathing, it comes natural. Well, for new users, its anything but that. Its closer to suffocating.**

Well... I guess its not that odd that frontends focus on improving their sites with current users in mind considering that its the current users that support the development.
I consider that shortsighted and wrong, but ok.

My hope right now is that once guest-accounts/lite-accounts arrive we will fix the sign up part. Having that streamlined and adopted across the board. And it really needs to be adopted by all and everyone. From Hive.io to hiveblog, peakds, etc.
That would be 1 thing down.

The other thing is lack of tutorials and general information that would tell a new user what Hive is about and what it is that we do here. Whats the idea, why Hives important, how it works. How to start, who to talk to, whats a good approach to things.
**We have memos sent out to new users but they more times than not dont see them as they have no idea what a memo is or where it shows up.**

### AI:

Since frontends, again, aren't implementing a tutorial system they should utilize AI technology and create a HIVE AI assistant based on Chatgpt tech. Feed it information about Hive and the frontend and allow for new users to have real time information without having to do hours of research. Showing a question mark with a pop up text that says "what something is", isnt enough. A new user doesnt understand the context of any of that or how it works in combination with everything else. A new user needs to be able to ask questions on the spot.

**I would support a proposal from anyone that made a chatgpt bot for Hive frontends and fed it information about Hive that can be easily accessed by anyone.**
I have seen this being done already and there are already some plug and play options out there.

There you go, you just fixed the tutorial problem. Now we only need to fix the signup problem with **Guest-accounts/Lite-accounts.** After that we can talk about being competitive. A product or service that is user-friendly, intuitive, simple to get into and understand is more likely to attract a broader audience.

### Mass adoption comes through ease of use.

You use ChatGPT with a gmail account.
