I just woke up this morning to check on an update on twitter and I realised that while I slept, some terrible story had trend on twitter following the Rape accusations of two men who are accused of drugging, raping and even videoing a female victim.

It makes me sad and sick to hear of such tales that one man can have the mind to put a fellow human through. Rape is a terrible thing, I've seen victim's and the traumatic experience it leaves behind.

Sexual abuse is almost the only crime that harms the victim's physical body plus emotional, psychological and spiritual state. No one should be allowed to go through this torment. On a very serious note, there are always a thousand other women who are willing to have sex with any man, no need to force an unwilling partner. 

I know rape can be both ways but most common are men against women. If you have a friend who rapes someone, don't shield him, don't justify it, there's no bro code here. 

Our society is so broken, you can rarely get justice for rape victims. I have heard tales of police asking victims menacing questions till they walk out of the station traumatized. We can change the society, but in your own little way do the right thing at all times.
